Terms of Service

1. The service

Vowlynx provides an automated SMS engagement and order-tracking platform for restaurants. The service includes the owner dashboard, SMS delivery via partner SMS providers, and per-restaurant data storage.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business contact information.
• Comply with all SMS regulations applicable to your jurisdiction (CASL in Canada, TCPA in the US, GDPR where relevant).
• Honor customer opt-outs immediately and permanently.
• Use Vowlynx only for legitimate business communications with your own customers — not for cold outreach or unsolicited marketing.

3. Our responsibilities

• Deliver the service with reasonable uptime and customer support.
• Keep your data and your customers' data confidential and isolated.
• Notify you of material service changes and any security incidents affecting your data.

4. Acceptable use

Vowlynx may not be used to send spam, malicious content, or any communication that violates SMS regulations. We may suspend service for misuse without prior notice.

5. Fees and billing

Pricing is established at the time of subscription. Partner pricing terms (locked in for 12 months for our first 15 restaurant partners) will be documented in your subscription agreement. After the 12-month partner-pricing period, the then-current regular pricing applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data; we will delete it within 90 days of termination unless legal retention requirements apply.

7. Liability

Vowlynx is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to a claim. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Vowlynx is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
